Burkhalter Group Acquires Plasco AG in Strategic Expansion

The Burkhalter Group has announced its acquisition of Plasco AG, a company based in Steg, Valais. Plasco AG employs approximately 25 people and reports annual sales of around CHF 6.5 million. The acquisition aligns with Burkhalter’s strategy to expand within the building technology sector.

With over 20 years in the market, Plasco AG specializes in waterproofing solutions for building construction, civil engineering, and tunneling projects. As the current owners plan their succession, the company will now operate under Burkhalter Holding Ltd while maintaining its name and management.

This acquisition enhances Burkhalter’s expertise in waterproofing, an essential element for the reliability of building systems. Maintaining Plasco AG's independence under existing management ensures continuity and stability for its operations.
