Bureau Veritas Issues €700 Million in Bonds

Bureau Veritas has launched a €700 million bond issue with a 4.125% interest rate, maturing in September 2034. The bonds, listed on Euronext Paris, are reserved for professional investors and eligible counterparties, in accordance with MiFID II and UK MiFIR regulations. The offering is not intended for retail investors in the EEA and the UK, as this could contravene PRIIPs and DISC regulations. The issue price is set at 99.386% of the nominal amount. The estimated net proceeds of €694.3 million will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancing of upcoming maturities.
