Bureau Veritas Discloses Recent Treasury Share Transactions

Bureau Veritas has released data on its treasury share transactions conducted from October 12 to October 16, 2026. Over this period, a total of 362,718 shares were traded with an average purchase price of €27.5695. The transactions were carried out on two main markets: CEUX and XPAR, both receiving substantial activity.

On October 12, a combined volume of 73,666 shares was procured, with weighted average prices on both CEUX and XPAR being slightly above €27. On the following day, October 13, a total of 72,841 shares were purchased, showing a slight increase in the average purchase price to approximately €27.46.

The trading volumes remained consistent on October 14 and 15, with the number of shares purchased being 72,561 and 71,922 respectively. The average purchase prices continued a gradual rise, highlighting consistent activity across the week.
