BlackRock Crosses Thresholds in BUREAU VERITAS
BlackRock, Inc., a US asset management company based in New York, recently announced that it had crossed the 5% voting rights threshold of the French company BUREAU VERITAS. According to the press release, received on April 18, 2025, this crossing occurred on April 17, 2025. BlackRock now holds 27,666,937 shares, representing 6.09% of the capital and 4.74% of the voting rights of BUREAU VERITAS.
This change is primarily due to a decrease in equities held as collateral by BlackRock. These include American Depositary Receipts, contracts for differences, and equities issued under loan and borrowing agreements.
