Builtech Group Joins VDK Groep to Form Pan-European Building Services Leader

Builtech Group, a leading technical building equipment provider, merges with the Dutch VDK Groep. This merger aims to form a prominent pan-European building technology service provider. The combined entity will generate approximately €2 billion in revenue and employ over 7,000 people across 150 businesses in six countries.

The merger focuses on addressing Europe's decarbonization and digital transformation needs in the building sector. Both companies aim to modernize and digitize skilled trades while maintaining established local structures and brands.
