New Leadership at Bucher Emhart Glass

Bucher Industries AG has announced that Daniel Schippan will become the new division president of Bucher Emhart Glass and join the group's management team on January 1, 2026. This transition follows the appointment of the current division president, Matthias Kümmerle, as the future CEO of Bucher Industries after the 2026 annual general meeting.

Daniel Schippan, a seasoned professional in the glass industry, founded cm.project.ing GmbH in 2007, a company dedicated to service solutions for the sector. Bucher Industries plans to acquire this company, enhancing its services and market strength. The acquisition, which encompasses 45 employees and generates EUR 8 million in sales, is expected to finalize by the end of August 2025.
