Brockhaus Technologies AG Approves €90 Million Share Buyback
In a decisive move, the Annual General Meeting of Brockhaus Technologies AG approved a share buyback of up to €90 million, with each proposed resolution receiving over 83% of valid votes. This initiative is set to launch in fiscal year 2026, offering €24 per share. The buyback aims to redistribute net proceeds from the disposals of Palas GmbH and the Bikeleasing Group to shareholders.
The meeting also approved a significant balance-sheet optimization. This involves transferring approximately €183 million to freely available reserves, enhancing flexibility for strategic growth and potential capital returns in 2027. Founder and CEO Marco Brockhaus emphasized the strategic intent to utilize these proceeds for potential growth opportunities.
Additionally, the meeting saw the discharge of the Management and Supervisory Boards for 2025, marking a robust shareholder confidence in leadership and future growth strategies.
