Broadpeak Reports First-Half 2026 Results, Anticipates Growth
Broadpeak SA announced its first-half 2026 results, revealing a significant revenue drop to €17.1 million, a decline of 20.9% compared to the previous year, attributed to an exceptional prior-year comparison driven by a major Cloud PVR contract. Despite the downturn, strict cost management helped contain the negative impact, resulting in an EBITDA of -€2.3 million. Adjusted EBITDA stood at -€0.2 million. Notably, the Licences & Services sector saw a sharp revenue drop, while Maintenance & SaaS grew 8.7%.
Regionally, the EMEA and APAC markets faced declines, but the Americas showed strong growth. Broadpeak highlighted improved free cash flow to -€1.2 million through better management of trade receivables. Looking forward, the company expects strong growth in the second half of 2026, backing its 2027 targets of achieving over €50 million in revenue, with 50% recurring and an EBITDA margin of around 15%.
