BrightCharger and Endrich Ink Deal to Propel BrightZero® Technology Forward

BrightCharger Oy, a Finnish tech company, and German distributor Endrich have agreed to a licensing deal to advance the BrightZero® Charging Control. This initiative aims to introduce the technology to new components and products, with the agreement finalized on April 8, 2026.

BrightZero® technology, known for its power-cut feature post-charging, aims to minimize overheating risks and boost battery life. The first milestone in this collaboration is the development of a BrightZero-enabled variant of Holtek's HT45F9160 Power Delivery Flash MCU, offering new possibilities for charger manufacturers. This creates a pathway for broader application across semiconductors and products.

This partnership is pivotal for BrightCharger as it broadens the application of BrightZero in line with EU regulations and enters fresh market segments. Endrich views this as an opportunity to broaden its technical offerings to customers, enhancing product sustainability and differentiation.
