Brenmiller Energy Welcomes Boaz Toshav as Independent Director
Brenmiller Energy Ltd., a provider of Thermal Energy Storage (TES) solutions, announces Boaz Toshav's appointment as an Independent Director on its Board. With over 20 years in investment banking and advisory services, Toshav previously served on Brenmiller's Board and holds positions as President of Rio Ave FC and CEO of Umbrella Advisors Ltd.
His return to the Board aims to support Brenmiller's growth amidst expanding global projects. The company recently marked significant milestones, including participation in the SolWinHy Project in Spain with a €25 million funding boost from the European Hydrogen Bank, highlighting the role of its bGen™ TES technology.
Toshav replaces Ms. Nava Swersky Sofer, whose six-year term concluded as scheduled, during which she significantly contributed to the company's development.
