Branicks Group AG Sells Office Building at Offenbacher Kaiserlei

Branicks Group AG has sold its majority stake in a building complex located at Offenbacher Kaiserlei. The buyer, Select Alternative Investments, finalized the transaction this week. The financial details of the sale remain undisclosed. The complex at Berliner Strasse 300 a/b boasts a fully leased space of 14,000 square meters and offers excellent transportation links, connecting easily to Frankfurt and its airport. Constructed between 2019 and 2020, this property has been part of Branicks’ portfolio since 2019.

Branicks, known for managing office and logistics real estate as well as renewable assets, holds a portfolio valued at EUR 11.2 billion. The company operates within both the Commercial Portfolio and Institutional Business segments. Its shares are listed on the German Stock Exchange’s Prime Standard.
