Branicks Group AG Secures New Tenant for Cologne Property
Branicks Group AG has announced a significant rental agreement with EDUTAIN AG for a new family entertainment center, “Exploradom,” in Cologne-Ehrenfeld. This agreement involves the former site of a Mercedes-Benz branch. EDUTAIN plans to launch an innovative experience and learning center by 2026.
Martin Karehnke, Managing Director of Branicks Onsite GmbH, expressed satisfaction with EDUTAIN's long-term commitment, emphasizing the center's appeal for Cologne and beyond. EDUTAIN CEO, Janine Jaensch, highlighted the center's focus on creating a fun, educational environment for families.
The facility, featuring over 32,500 sqm and 400 parking spaces, provides excellent accessibility. Previously, Mercedes-Benz occupied the property, which will be transferred to EDUTAIN at the start of 2026.
