Branicks Group AG Creditors Approve Bond Maturity Extension for Restructuring
On October 20, 2026, Branicks Group AG announced that its creditors voted overwhelmingly (99%) in favor of extending the maturity of bonds worth 400 million euros. Initially set to mature in 2026, these liabilities from bonds, promissory notes, and registered bonds will now mature in 2030 for 375 million euros and in 2028 for an additional 220 million euros. This decision supports Branicks' restructuring plan, which aims to be operational by the end of 2026 or, at the latest, by March 31, 2027.
The company has also terminated consulting agreements with supervisory board members, aligning with its restructuring efforts. Despite market challenges, Branicks plans to leverage its resources and expertise to tap into new opportunities.
