Branicks Group AG Achieves Top ESG Ratings

Branicks Group AG has once again secured top ESG ratings in the Morningstar Sustainalytics ranking and CDP scoring. Sustainability remains a core element of Branicks' business model and corporate strategy. The company's commitment is reflected in its position among the top 2% of 15,000 companies assessed globally, as well as in the top 6% of the Real Estate Industry category.

Branicks recently recertified two commercial properties in Offenbach to BREEAM standards, further validating its operational efforts. In the latest CDP rating, Branicks maintained a B grade overall, excelling with an A grade in specific areas such as Business Strategy and Governance.

Branicks has integrated ESG criteria into its strategy for over a decade. The company's portfolio includes properties with top sustainability certifications like DGNB, LEED, and BREEAM, showcasing its ongoing push towards efficiency and sustainability.
