BOS Group Reports Lower Revenue but Strong Order Book for FY25

BOS GmbH & Co. KG, a leader in automotive interior and exterior systems, released its preliminary Q4 and full-year 2025 figures. The company reported a gross revenue of EUR 771.8 million for FY25, a decline from the previous year's EUR 830.9 million. Despite revenue challenges, BOS achieved an adjusted EBITDA margin of 7.1%, amounting to EUR 55.1 million.

In Q4-25, revenues reached EUR 191.5 million, with an adjusted EBITDA of EUR 17.9 million, reflecting a margin of 9.4%. BOS secured EUR 340 million in new orders during this quarter, reinforcing its position amid existing market challenges.

BOS has made strategic advancements including refinancing efforts and optimizing production, leading to a reduced workforce of approximately 5,800 employees. The company remains optimistic for FY26, with further details expected in its upcoming annual report.
