Capital reduction and adjustment of nominal value at BOOSTHEAT
BOOSTHEAT, a French energy efficiency company, announces a capital reduction. Following this decision by the board of directors, the nominal value of each share has decreased from €0.20 to €0.0005. At the same time, the company's share capital, which consists of 74,237,770 shares, has been reduced from €14,847,554 to €37,118.8850.
This reduction is driven by losses. Financing in the form of OCEANE-BSA with Impact Tech Turnaround Opportunities (ITTO) is in place. This mechanism could put pressure on the share price. Investors are urged to exercise caution, taking into account the potential dilution and diminished value effects.
