Booster Precision Components Initiates Bondholder Procedure for 2022/2026 Bond

Booster Precision Components Holding GmbH has begun a written procedure regarding its corporate bond 2022/2026. Initially announced on 27 May 2026, the company decided to postpone interest payments due on 28 May and 28 August 2026 to conserve liquidity. These deferrals are events of default under the bond terms, alongside security issues from a subsidiary's factoring arrangement. This could lead to bond acceleration by the Nordic Trustee & Agency AB, the agent of the bonds.

On 5 June 2026, Booster reached an agreement with bondholders to refrain from enforcement actions until 1 October 2026. Additionally, a principal agreement on refinancing and a restructuring plan has been filed in Hannover. A EUR 3 million interim facility has been secured for corporate uses. A written procedure has been initiated to allow these financial amendments and secure bondholder approval by 22 September 2026.
