BOOSTER Precision Components Reports 2025 Financial Results

BOOSTER Precision Components Holding GmbH released its audited financial statements for 2025, showing revenues of EUR 161.7 million, a decrease of 4.5% from the previous year. This dip was mainly due to a weak demand in the automotive sector affecting the Automotive Internal Combustion Engine division.

Despite lower revenues, EBITDA saw a significant rise of 22.8% to EUR 16.3 million, aided by cost reduction initiatives and enhanced automation processes, including AI-driven integration. The net loss was reduced to EUR 0.3 million from EUR 5.1 million in 2024, reflecting improved operational profitability.

Liabilities fell by EUR 14.1 million, decreasing total liabilities to EUR 80.1 million, and bond repayments were on schedule. The outlook for 2026 predicts modest growth in revenue and EBITDA, with positive contributions anticipated from continued efficiency measures and expansion into new business areas.
