Boiron Laboratories in negotiations to acquire Hivital Labs

Boiron Laboratories have announced that they have entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire Hivital Labs. This Barcelona-based company specializes in food supplements and is projected to generate over €10 million in revenue by 2025. The acquisition of 100% of Hivital Labs' share capital aligns with Boiron's strategy to expand its health offerings, strengthen its position in the food supplement market, and enhance its e-commerce presence. This transaction, which is still subject to certain procedures, could see the signing of definitive agreements by the end of 2026.
