BOIRON has published its figures relating to share capital and voting rights as of September 30, 2026. This press release complies with the requirements of Articles L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulation of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
The total number of shares comprising the company's share capital is 17,545,408. Regarding voting rights, BOIRON declares a gross total of 18,505,779 voting rights. However, the net total of voting rights, which excludes shares without voting rights such as treasury shares, is 18,322,646.
