BNP Paribas holds over 7% of Vallourec's capital

BNP Paribas has crossed the 5% threshold of Vallourec's share capital and voting rights, according to a press release dated July 2, 2026. Through this indirect share acquisition completed on June 29, 2026, the bank now holds 16,728,229 Vallourec shares, representing 7.01% of the share capital and 7.05% of the voting rights. This transaction took place off-market, primarily involving BNP Paribas Financial Markets Paris, which holds 6.90% of the share capital.

Furthermore, BNP Paribas also controls 600,000 shares through vanilla options and 217,271 shares through cash-settled swaps. These contracts allow BNP Paribas to increase its stake until 2028.
