BNP Paribas: declaration of voting rights in July 2025
BNP Paribas has announced the total number of voting rights and shares for the month of July 2025. The company, registered under number 662 042 449 with the Paris Trade and Companies Register, has a share capital of 2,261,621,342 euros.
As of July 31, 2025, the total number of shares making up the bank's capital was 1,130,810,671. This figure also corresponds to the total number of voting rights, i.e. 1,130,810,671.
This information is made public in accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority. It allows investors and other stakeholders to monitor changes in the company's capital structure and voting rights.
