Bluelinea: 2026 Half-Year Results and Financial Strengthening Plan
Bluelinea, a major player in the French Silver Economy, has published its results for the first half of 2026 and its third-quarter revenue. Half-year revenue reached €4,741k, down 12% compared to 2025. This decrease is explained by a decline in activity and the technological migration of connected devices. EBITDA fell from €431k to -€419k, while net income amounted to -€1,800k.
Faced with a 19% drop in revenue in the third quarter, Bluelinea is considering a plan to strengthen its financial structure. The APICIL Group, its majority shareholder, plans a €5.2 million capital increase to reduce debt and ensure business continuity. A first capital increase of €1.5 million was already completed in July.
This support aims to secure Bluelinea's resources in a difficult context, marked by customer wait-and-see behavior and technological constraints.
