BlackRock's stake in IPSEN SA fluctuates at the 5% threshold.
On June 5, 2026, BlackRock Inc., a US-based asset manager, crossed the 5% threshold in the share capital of the French pharmaceutical company Ipsen SA. This increase resulted from the acquisition of shares and the increase in shares held as collateral, reaching 5.22% of the share capital, representing 4,373,634 shares and 3.31% of the voting rights.
Two days later, on June 8, 2026, BlackRock crossed the same threshold, reducing its stake to 4.69% of the share capital with 3,927,312 shares, representing 2.97% of the voting rights. This decrease was due to an off-market sale of shares and a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral.
