BlackRock falls below the 5% threshold in BUREAU VERITAS
On September 29, 2026, BlackRock, Inc. crossed the 5% threshold of voting rights in BUREAU VERITAS. According to a letter received on September 30, BlackRock now holds 28,882,274 shares of the company, representing 6.36% of the share capital and 4.98% of the voting rights, on behalf of its clients and the funds it manages.
This change results from a reduction in the shares held as collateral. The shares include ADRs, CFDs, and a securities lending agreement. In addition, 2,071,615 more shares are under BlackRock's management, but the voting rights remain with the clients.
