BlackRock exceeds the threshold of 5% of VALEO’s capital
On July 29, 2026, BlackRock Inc., through its client and fund management activities, crossed the 5% threshold of VALEO's share capital. This declaration was received by mail on July 30. BlackRock now holds 12,304,391 shares, representing 5.01% of VALEO's share capital and 4.44% of its voting rights.
This threshold crossing is due to the acquisition of VALEO shares both on and off the market, as well as an increase in shares held as collateral. This transaction notably includes ADRs, shares from contracts for difference without maturity, and a securities lending and borrowing agreement.
