BlackRock exceeds 5% of voting rights at Pernod Ricard

According to a statement received on August 13, 2026, BlackRock Inc. crossed the 5% threshold of voting rights in Pernod Ricard on August 12, 2026. The company now holds 15,296,281 shares, representing 6.06% of the share capital and 5.05% of the voting rights of Pernod Ricard. This increase resulted primarily from on- and off-market acquisitions, as well as an increased number of shares held as collateral.

The management of these shares allows BlackRock to exercise the attached voting rights, unless clients wish to retain control. Of these shares, 837,885 are in the form of ADRs, and 1,450,572 are from non-maturity CFDs. Additional shares are held through loan-to-borrow agreements and collateral.
