BlackBerry Announces Board of Directors Election Results
BlackBerry Limited has announced the election results for its board of directors following the annual shareholder meeting on June 25, 2025. The seven nominees specified in the management proxy circular dated May 2, 2025, have been elected to continue until the next annual meeting or until their successors are appointed.
The election saw Lisa Bahash receive 98.62% of votes in favor, while Philip Brace garnered 97.81%. Lisa Disbrow and John J. Giamatteo secured 95.33% and 95.40% of votes, respectively. Richard Lynch obtained the lowest support among nominees with 81.56%. Lori O’Neill topped the list with 98.63%, and Wayne Wouters received 95.30% in favor.
These results underscore the confidence shareholders place in the leadership team and promise continuity in governance strategy for BlackBerry.
