Bitmine Immersion Technologies Achieves Milestone in Ethereum Holdings

Bitmine Immersion Technologies (BMNR) announced that its Ethereum (ETH) holdings have reached 5.8 million tokens, equating to 4.8% of the total ETH supply. With their total crypto and cash holdings amounting to $11.3 billion, Bitmine is 96% of the way towards its 'Alchemy of 5%' target, aimed at capturing 5% of ETH supply. In July 2026, ETH outperformed the Nasdaq 100 by 2,500 basis points, highlighting strengthening crypto fundamentals.

Bitmine recently repurchased 4.5 million common stocks as part of a $4 billion share repurchase initiative, now totaling over 16 million shares. Additionally, the company has been actively growing its ETH stockpile on a weekly basis since adopting its ETH Treasury strategy.

As the largest ETH treasury globally, Bitmine has staked 4,917,189 ETH, projected to generate $247 million annually. This move underscores Bitmine's commitment to maximizing returns through strategic staking and investments.
