BIOSYNEX: Creditors Adopt Safeguard Plan
On September 25, 2026, BIOSYNEX SA announced that a majority of creditors voted in favor of its proposed safeguard plan. Overall participation reached 81.6%, with 75.8% voting in favor. This support allows the company to request approval of the plan from the Strasbourg Judicial Court.
Several classes of claims were examined. Classes involving critical claims related to BIOSYNEX's business expressed unanimous support of 100%. However, some classes of unsecured claims overwhelmingly rejected the proposal.
