BioMérieux liquidity contract review for the second half of 2024
On January 7, 2024, bioMérieux published the half-yearly balance sheet of its liquidity contract managed by ODDO BHF. As of December 31, 2024, the liquidity account contained 37,662 company shares and €3,050,798. In comparison, as of June 30, 2024, this account had 76,450 shares and €6,869,025. This liquidity contract aimed to regulate the liquidity of bioMérieux shares, listed under ISIN code FR0013280286.
The balance sheet shows that during the period from July 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, 412,021 securities were purchased for an amount of EUR 41,978,506, while 450,800 securities were sold for EUR 45,796,733. At the origin of the contract, the resources included 19,823 bioMérieux securities and EUR 2,320,519.
