Status of bioMérieux's capital and voting rights in July 2025

BioMérieux, a company specializing in in vitro diagnostics, has released its share and voting rights figures for July 2025. As of July 31, bioMérieux's share capital stood at €12,029,370, divided into 118,361,220 shares. These shares give rise to a total of 190,449,859 theoretical voting rights.

Total voting rights are calculated on the basis of all shares, including those deprived of voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority. This declaration is part of the legal transparency obligations towards financial markets and shareholders.
