BIO-UV Group 2025 Annual General Meeting
On June 13, 2025, BIO-UV Group held its combined general meeting. At this meeting, the company appointed NEXTSTAGE AM as a director. BIO-UV Group's share capital consists of 14,154,679 shares, representing 13,952,247 voting rights.
With a turnout of over 42%, the meeting approved all ordinary resolutions. However, resolutions 10 to 13 and 15 of the extraordinary part were rejected. Detailed voting results are available in the General Meeting section of the investors' website.
Upcoming financial releases include half-year revenue on July 22, 2025, and half-year results on September 18, 2025. All of these results will be released after the close of trading on Euronext Paris.
