Bilfinger SE a mené à bien son programme de rachat d'actions, acquérant un total de 650 354 actions. Cela représente 1,73 % du capital social de la société. Les actions ont été achetées en bourse à un prix moyen de 76,8811 € par action, pour un montant total de 49 999 955,56 €, hors frais annexes.
