Bigben Interactive Secures Creditor Agreement Amid Restructuring Efforts

On August 4, 2026, Bigben Interactive confirmed an agreement in principle with its principal financial creditors. This move comes amidst ongoing efforts to restructure its significant financial obligations. The arrangement includes creditors holding senior bonds exchangeable for Nacon shares, covering 67.6% of these bonds, and four out of five bank pool creditors, accounting for 80% of a €950,000 syndicated bank loan.

The proposed restructuring aims to alleviate Bigben's financial burdens through debt conversions into equity and new capital infusions. This plan necessitates reinvestment in Nacon upon adoption of a safeguard plan by the court. Additionally, Bigben has filed a petition for accelerated safeguard proceedings to facilitate these restructurings.

Despite the forward motion, Bigben warns shareholders of potential dilution due to planned capital increases at significantly discounted prices. The company's operational partnerships and employee relations remain unaffected by this financial maneuvering.
