Minutes of the General Meeting of Bigben Interactive Bondholders

On February 2, 2026, Bigben Interactive held a general meeting concerning its Nacon bonds exchangeable into shares, maturing on February 19, 2026. The event took place in Paris, at the offices of Alérion Avocats. All resolutions submitted were adopted by the bondholders present.

Of the 574 bonds with voting rights, 434 were represented, which equates to 75.61% of the votes. Three resolutions were on the agenda, all of which were adopted with a significant majority.

The first resolution concerned changes to the terms of the obligations and was approved by 97.47%. The other two resolutions concerned the filing of documents and the powers for formalities, both of which were adopted unanimously.
