Bigben Interactive postpones the publication of its annual accounts

Bigben Interactive, a company listed on Euronext Paris, announces the postponement of the publication of its annual accounts for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. Due to incomplete audit work, the annual financial report will be published at a later date. This situation is due to ongoing conciliation proceedings aimed at restructuring the company's debt.

Regarding revenue for the first quarter of 2026/2027, Bigben reports a slight decline of 2.3%, totaling €55.2 million. The Nacon Gaming segment grew by 4.1%, while the Bigben Audio-Video/Telco business experienced a 10.3% decrease due to the weak mobile accessories market.

Despite the current difficulties, Bigben is working to improve its financial situation and optimize its activities for the coming quarters.
