BIC: New compensation measures for its executives
On July 29, 2026, the Board of Directors of BIC, chaired by Édouard Bich, approved new measures concerning executive compensation. On the recommendation of the Compensation Committee, 29,072 free shares were granted to Rob Versloot, Chief Executive Officer, as part of the 2026 Long-Term Incentive Plan. The vesting period, set at 32 months, ends on March 31, 2029, subject to certain performance conditions.
Performance criteria include revenue growth rate (30%), adjusted earnings per share (25%), adjusted operating margin (20%), and free cash flow (15%). Corporate social responsibility is also taken into account at a rate of 10%.
These decisions comply with legal obligations and were approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders in May 2026.
