BIC Announces its Proprietary Share Transactions for February 2026
In March 2026, BIC published a statement regarding transactions carried out on its own shares during February 2026. According to the statement, BIC repurchased a total of 31,570 shares. The weighted average price of these acquisitions was €53.5908 per share, for a total amount of €1,691,862.85.
On February 25, BIC acquired 16,834 shares at an average price of €54.0010, totaling €909,052.83. The following day, the company repurchased 3,347 shares at €52.9608, then 8,218 shares at the same price. Finally, on February 27, 3,171 shares were repurchased at €53.7112. BIC continues to strictly adhere to regulations regarding share buybacks, confirming its strategic position in the market.
