Berentzen-Gruppe Releases Preliminary H1 2025 Results

Berentzen-Gruppe Aktiengesellschaft reported preliminary results for the first half of 2025. The company recorded consolidated revenues of EUR 79.9 million, a decrease compared to EUR 88.4 million in H1 2024. Operating profit (EBIT) also declined to EUR 3.2 million, down from EUR 5.1 million in the previous year. The spirits market's weak performance and increased marketing costs impacted earnings.

Despite challenges, the Mio Mio brand grew 13.2% in revenue compared to the same period last year. The company's premium and medium private label spirits saw double-digit growth, especially in international markets. Berentzen adjusted its 2025 forecast, anticipating consolidated EBIT to range between EUR 8.0 and 9.5 million, down from the previous forecast of EUR 10.0 to 12.0 million.
