The BENETEAU Group announced on April 29, 2025, the availability of its 2024 Annual Financial Report. This document is available on the company's website. It contains key information ahead of the Combined General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 19, 2025.
Furthermore, the notice of meeting serving as a convening notice to this meeting will be posted online on the BENETEAU website and published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) before May 14, 2025. Shareholders can thus obtain all essential information at least 35 days before the event.
Finally, any additional documents required for the General Meeting will be made available on the BENETEAU website and at its headquarters no later than May 28, 2025, thus respecting the legal communication deadlines.
