Mise en œuvre du programme de rachat d'actions par BENETEAU
Le 15 avril 2026, la société BENETEAU S.A. a annoncé la mise en œuvre de son programme de rachat d'actions. Dans ce cadre, elle a mandaté un prestataire de services d'investissement pour acquérir jusqu'à 400 000 actions. Le prix d'achat ne doit pas dépasser les limites approuvées par l'Assemblée Générale.
Ce programme de rachat vise à soutenir un futur programme d'attribution gratuite d'actions. BENETEAU, dont le siège est basé à Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, entend ainsi offrir de nouvelles opportunités à ses actionnaires. Cette stratégie reflète une gestion proactive du capital par l'entreprise afin de renforcer sa structure financière.
