Beneteau's Positive Outlook for 2026 After 2025 Challenges
Beneteau reported €849 million in full-year revenue for 2025. This came after a significant recovery in the second half of the year. A sharp revenue drop in H1 (-27%) contrasted with a softer decline during H2 (-5%). However, a customs delay in the US affected Q4 results by about €20 million. Despite these challenges, order intake rose 24% due to the launch of 23 new models. CEO Bruno Thivoyon credited the product launch strategy for the momentum.
The group's Sailing segment saw a 26.6% decrease, attributed to weak monohull demand and reduced charter business. Meanwhile, the Motor segment rebounded in H2 with a 1% growth. Europe and North America recorded mixed results, but promising signs emerged from recent boat shows. Looking forward, Beneteau anticipates growth in 2026, buoyed by its robust order book and new product strategies.
