BENETEAU: Transactions in own shares in July 2026

The BENETEAU group, based in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, has announced its share buyback transactions for the end of July 2026. This concerns four days of trading on the Euronext Paris regulated market, identified by the code XPAR.

On July 28, BENETEAU acquired 12,900 shares at an average price of €5.97. The following day, July 29, the volume increased to 14,800 shares at an average price of €5.90 per share. On July 30, 14,300 shares were repurchased at an average price of €6.04. Finally, on July 31, an additional 14,900 shares were acquired at an average price of €6.06 per share.

These operations are part of BENETEAU's capital management strategy, potentially aimed at supporting the share price or preparing for future allocations.
