BENETEAU Declares Its Capital and Voting Rights as of December 31, 2025
On January 13, 2026, BENETEAU SA published a statement regarding the total number of shares and voting rights. The company, with a share capital of €8,278,984, provided this information in accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority).
As of December 31, 2025, BENETEAU had 82,789,840 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights, including treasury shares, amounted to 131,210,162. The exercisable voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares, were 128,543,053.
