BeMetals Secures Option for Savant Gold Project in Ontario

BeMetals Corp. has announced a non-binding agreement with Prospector Metals Corp. for the potential acquisition of up to 100% interest in the Savant Gold Exploration Project. The project is located in a promising gold district in northwestern Ontario, Canada, covering approximately 232 km².

The Savant Project is in proximity to past producers and active mines like Red Lake and Musselwhite. The property has historical and recently identified high-grade gold occurrences, resembling the geology of nearby successful sites. BeMetals aims to leverage this opportunity by initiating exploration work with Prospector.

The agreement outlines BeMetals' commitment to spend at least C$500,000 in initial exploration within the first year, with the potential to adjust their annual expenditures at their discretion. A compliant technical report will be required to outline the mineral resource, which determines ownership terms.
