TRACTIAL is preparing its Extraordinary General Meeting for September 2025
TRACTIAL, formerly BD MULTI MEDIA, will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on September 26, 2025. During this event, the company will propose major resolutions to strengthen its financial and capital structure.
Among the measures envisaged is a halving of the nominal value of shares, aimed at improving liquidity. Shareholders will receive one new share for each share held.
TRACTIAL also intends to provide itself with increased financial flexibility through delegations for capital increases. The objective is to act quickly in response to growth opportunities.
Finally, the involvement of employees and strategic partners is planned with the allocation of stock warrants.
