AG, part of the ongoing assessment of the effect of regulatory changes in the U.S. on renewable energy. The Board of Management highlights that the adjustments in the U.S. regulatory framework could impact the adjusted EBITDA of BayWa r.e. AG, necessitating reevaluations of ongoing projects.

This uncertainty has led BayWa AG's Board to deem the previous earnings forecast for its Renewable Energies segment unreliable. The company had issued these projections in its 2024 financial report and reaffirmed them in its mid-2025 review. Despite this, the Board remains positive about completing the group's restructuring plan by the end of 2028.
