Bastide sells its subsidiary EXPERF to the Sapio Group
On May 21, 2026, the Bastide Group announced the sale of New Medical Concept, EXPERF's holding company, to Sapio Group. EXPERF, specializing in home infusion and nutrition, has doubled its revenue since its acquisition by Bastide in 2017, reaching €42 million in 2024-2025 thanks to a network of 28 branches.
This sale is part of the Bastide Group's asset arbitrage strategy, aimed at optimizing its portfolio and strengthening its financial structure. The transaction will help reduce debt and financial expenses, improving the leverage ratio to slightly above 2.5x.
Sapio Group, by strengthening its presence in France with this acquisition, sees EXPERF as a key lever for its European expansion in the healthcare sector.
