Bastide Group: Financial Results 2025-2026
The Bastide Group, a major player in home healthcare in Europe, announces annual revenue of €482.9 million for 2025-2026. This performance represents a 7.6% increase compared to the previous year. The exclusion of EXPERF from the financial scope, following its sale in June 2026, resulted in a restated revenue of €448.8 million for 2024-2025.
The "Home Care" division posted a 5.2% increase in annual revenue, driven by strong growth in rental activities in institutions (+10.5%). The "Respiratory" segment grew organically by 11.1% thanks to market share gains in France and favorable economic conditions internationally.
Bastide confirms its target of a current operating margin of around 9%. With an optimistic outlook for 2026-2027, the group projects revenues exceeding €500 million.
